Terms for using the Banged app and website.

Acceptance and age
By using Banged you agree to these Terms. Banged is intended only for adults who have reached the age of majority where they live. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Your permission to use Banged
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app and website for lawful, private purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store. Do not interfere with the service, copy or redistribute its protected content, or try to misuse its software.
Respect, consent, and your records
You control what you write in your local diary and are responsible for your entries and exports. Use Banged lawfully and respectfully. Do not record, share, or expose another person’s intimate or identifying information without the consent or other legal basis required where you live. Banged does not verify consent or create a shared partner account.
Subscriptions and lifetime purchase
Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions billed by Apple. The price, billing period, and any eligible introductory offer are shown before you confirm purchase. Unless you cancel through your Apple account at least 24 hours before renewal, a subscription may renew and Apple may charge you; Apple’s purchase screen and subscription settings provide the controlling details. Deleting Banged does not cancel a subscription. A lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable unlock tied to your Apple account; “lifetime” refers to ongoing access to the purchased app features while Banged remains available and supported, not a promise that any specific feature or platform will exist forever. Restore purchases in the app with the Apple account used to buy them. Apple handles billing, refunds, and subscription management under its rules.
Local data, exports, and backups
Your diary is stored locally, and you are responsible for securing your device and any export or backup you create. Exported JSON may be readable outside the app. The app’s erase control does not remove your chosen exports, files held by others, or Apple Health entries. We cannot recover a lost local diary or delete a copy that you shared elsewhere.
Apple Health and no professional advice
Apple Health sync is optional and requires your permission. Health entries may remain in Health after a Banged log is deleted; manage them in the Health app. Banged provides a personal diary and general insights, not diagnosis, treatment, contraception advice, medical advice, legal advice, or relationship therapy. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.
Ownership and feedback
Banged and its software, design, branding, and content remain owned by Banged or its licensors. You retain rights in your own entries. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve Banged without a duty to compensate you, while respecting the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We may fix, update, or change the app and website, and may discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Features may vary by device, system version, region, and App Store availability. We will not intentionally remove paid access in a way that violates applicable law or Apple’s rules. We may revise these Terms and publish the new effective date here.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Banged is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or that every record will be preserved. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where limits are permitted, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unauthorized device access, third-party services, or exports you choose to share.
